Glendale Holding Co. hopes to use 2500 acres for planned communities. Glendale Holding Co. has purchased 2500 acres of Moapa property that straddles Interstate 15 just 50 miles northeast of Las Vegas and company officials hope to build the small farming community's first major residential developement. Preliminary plans are for a community called Riverview, which would offer apartments, single family homes and a commercial center.
