Constrution on the Residences at MGM Grand luxury condominium-hotal is continuing rapidly, as the first tower will be completed in May. The second tower has surpassed the 32nd floor, and the third high-rise has reached the seventh floor. The Residences will comprise 1727 units in three 40-story towers on the northeast end of the hotel's 116-acre property. It is a joint venture between MGM Grand and developer Turnberry Associates.
