Las Vegas-based Ultimate Sports Entertainment Inc. plans to construct a $4 billion complex in North Las Vegas that will serve as a mecca for athletic activities. The 116-acre Ultimate Sports Resort also would include hotel rooms, condominiums and a casino. Project officials hope to break ground in October and have construction completed in 20 to 30 months.
